    Here is some factory information on the Atwater kent model CC and CA ignition system to keep yours in top form.

    If you can find a source of fake or aftermarket parts please let us know. Otherwise  to remedy the ever annoying broken and missing parts we must step into the machine shop and retrofit.

    Whenever one gets inside one of these devices always check the condenser for electrical leakage. They used a paper and wax device that is nearly always bad. they do not get better with age, even new old stock devices. They are aslo nearly always bad and overpriced. Stay away and leave those for the curio collectors. Replace with a modern device that is about .2 Microfarad like most modern condensers and all will be well.
