XH SVC&Parts For Caterpillar

Here is some service and parts information for many of the Wico XH mags used with pony motor start diesel engines and tractors. Some devices are only identified with Cat part numbers, some of which are mentioned here.  Pony motor mags can be clockwise, counterclockwise, base mount, flangemount, inverted, or standard mount, gear driven or impulse coupled, fire at 90 degrees or 180 degrees and may be any combination of the above. As Will Rogers spake " Life gets tedious, don't it?" Indeed it does with pony motor mags.  Hopefully this will save some grief.
