ED EU EA

The Eisemann models ED EA and EU are early examples and probably worked well in their day like their descendants. They suffered from the usual insulation failure and pot metal issues. They are built with some special pitch metric fasteners. They are fragile and uncommon. Here are some images from an Eisemann manual.

This looks complicated! Be sure that no battery current gets to the magneto armature. It is for powering the dash mounted coil when starting on battery.

You can run this mag without the dash coil by connecting the high tension collector brushholder (HM) directly to the high tension distributor rotor (H?).

The bad news is that your mag is probably out of warranty.
