Eisemann RC Magneto Instruction Manual

The model RC is probably most familiar as OEM equipment on early Caterpillar pony motor ignition systems. They worked well in the day and were reliable. Many tractors have the oringinal mags still on the job.

Here are some images from the factory manual. The RC used carbon brushes in the distributor allowing the cap and rotor to be totally enclosed. Remember to clean out the cap every year of carbon dust from

normal brush wear.
